Exchanging Items for a different size.
As long as we have it in stock we are happy to exchange for a different size, post the item back to us and will send a replacement free of charge.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us right away. Please return faulty items as soon as possible. In the case of a faulty item we will refund the original shipping charge. Please note however, if the goods for any reason are not considered to be faulty, you will be charged the additional postage & packaging before the goods can be returned to you.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received does not match what is stated on your original order, please contact right away. Please return it to us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt. To guarantee that we will still have the item you ordered in stock, it is advisable to notify us by email as soon as possible so that we can reserve the garment.
